Terms of Use – TS TRADERZ UK LTD

1. About us

These terms apply to the website tstraderz.co.uk and the mobile apps provided by TS TRADERZ UK LTD (our “apps”), registered in England and Wales, registered office 102 Ealand Road, Batley, England, WF17 8HT. Email: info@tstraderz.co.uk.

We use our apps in our own business and also make them available to other companies. A company that uses our apps under a separate written agreement with us is also bound by that agreement. If the two conflict, the written agreement applies.

2. Using the service

You must be 18 or over to use our apps.
Give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Do not use the service unlawfully, or to interfere with the service or other users.
Riders must follow the law, including road traffic law, while making deliveries.

3. Deliveries, fees and cash on delivery

Our delivery app is software that helps a business manage its own deliveries. We are not a courier company and we do not carry parcels. The business running the delivery, which may be us or another company, is responsible for the delivery itself, its fees, and any cash on delivery it collects. Riders must handle any cash as instructed by that business.

4. Prohibited use

You must not use our apps to arrange the delivery of illegal items, dangerous or hazardous goods, weapons, or anything else the law does not allow to be carried. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks this rule.

5. Problems with a delivery

If a delivery is delayed, fails, or a parcel is lost or damaged, contact the business that ran the delivery. If the problem is with our app, email us at info@tstraderz.co.uk with the delivery reference and we will look into it.

6. Our responsibility

We aim to keep our apps available and working, but they may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

7. Suspending accounts

We may suspend or close an account if these terms are broken. You can ask us to delete your account at any time: see Delete Account.

8. Privacy

Our use of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The website, our apps and their content belong to TS TRADERZ UK LTD or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as the law allows.

10. Changes

We may change these terms or the service. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. By continuing to use the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. This does not affect any rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
